Support

Support for PluginsForStores plugins is offered for WordPress and WooCommerce within the version ranges stated in each plugin's documentation. Each release is tested against specific WordPress and WooCommerce versions, and support is focused on those declared compatible versions.

When a new WordPress or WooCommerce version is released, I will make reasonable efforts to provide an updated plugin so it remains compatible. Until such an update is published, support cannot be guaranteed for sites running outside the documented compatibility range.

If you encounter an issue, please create a support ticket from your Dashboard. Include as much detail as possible (WordPress and WooCommerce versions, plugin version, steps to reproduce, error messages, and screenshots if available) so that I can investigate and respond efficiently.
